Every GRAINOR piece is handcrafted from full-grain leather and inspected before it ships. If something is not right, we will make it right.
7-Day Returns
You may return any unused piece in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us at grainorleather@gmail.com with your order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship defect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund it — your choice — and cover return shipping.
Non-Returnable
- Pieces showing signs of use, wear, or personalisation
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged or defective items, where we cover the cost.
