Products
Every piece is handcrafted from full-grain leather. Natural variations in grain, colour, and texture are a mark of genuine leather, not defects. Product photos are representative; slight differences between pieces are normal and part of the craft.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping
Delivery timelines are as stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates; delays beyond our control do not qualify for compensation.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — images, text, branding — belongs to GRAINOR and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAINOR's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
